Suzhou relay is divided into two parts: coil and electric shock. The resistance of the coil can be easily measured. Usually, there are tens to thousands of ohms. Look at AC or DC. Power is different. If it is a short circuit, basically burn out the coil. The normally open contact is then measured by means of a resistor block, which is essentially infinite, the normally closed contact, and the electrical blocking measurement is short-circuited. If the contacts have a certain resistance, the relay can be judged to be damaged.
1. Measure the DC resistance of Suzhou relay coil:
The method of measuring the DC resistance of Suzhou relays with a digital multimeter is similar to the method of a pointer multimeter. According to the nominal DC resistance value of the relay, the multimeter is placed in an appropriate electrical barrier, and the two test leads are arbitrarily connected to the leads of the relay coil for measurement, and the test results are compared with the nominal value, if the error is within ± 10%, it is normal; If the resistance value becomes significantly smaller, a local short circuit fault occurs in the coil; If the resistance value is zero, the coil is shorted; If the multimeter overflow symbol "1" is displayed, the coil is turned on.
2. Measure the pull-in current: The method of measuring the introduction current is the same as that of a pointer multimeter. The digital multimeter has a DC current of 200mA, is connected in series with the 5.1kΩ potentiometer of the Suzhou relay coil, the 200Ω resistor, and is connected to both ends of the 20VDC power supply.
Before measuring, adjust the potentiometer to the maximum resistance value, then turn on the DC power switch and slowly adjust the potentiometer to reduce the resistance. When the Suzhou relay has just generated the introduction action, the current value displayed by the multimeter is the relay's pull-in current. 3. Measure the release current:
After measuring the pull-in current from the previous step, the circuit does not change and continues to measure the release current. During the measurement, the potentiometer is slowly adjusted to increase the resistance value when the Suzhou relay is closed. When the relay has just generated a release action, the current value displayed by the multimeter is the release current of the relay.
4. Measure the contact resistance of the contact
Using the 200Ω electrical barrier of a multimeter, the resistance between the two closed contacts is measured, typically showing a few ohms. If the display shows an overflow symbol "1", the two contacts being tested are disconnected.
The above is about how to measure the quality of Suzhou relay, the company is mainly engaged in the agency and distribution of electronic components, relying on overseas and domestic entities to carry out global electronic components supply business, accumulated years of service experience.
